Vascular surgery

Vascular surgery is a surgical subspecialty in which diseases of the vascular system, or arteries, veins and lymphatic circulation, are managed by medical therapy, minimally-invasive catheter procedures, and surgical reconstruction.

The Division of Vascular Surgery provides comprehensive service for adults and children with vascular disorders. Our care extends to the full range of arterial, venous, and lymphatic disorders, including diseases of the carotid artery, aorta, visceral, and extremity arteries. We have a world class reputation for treatment of carotid stenosis, aortic dissection, abdominal aortic aneurysm, critical limb ischemia, venous thrombosis, and compartment syndromes.
