4. Limit Sugary Foods - Reduce the intake of sugary snacks and drinks to prevent dental issues and obesity.

5. Avoid Gadgets: Nowadays kids are getting addicted to gadgets and spend most of their valuable time which may increase their addiction, behavioral issues and eye issues.

Immunizations

Ensure that children receive all recommended vaccinations to protect them from preventable diseases. Follow the vaccination schedule provided by healthcare professionals. Be informed about the importance of vaccinations and address any concerns you may have.

Preventive Healthcare

Wellness visits are crucial for maintaining and promoting a child's health. These routine check-ups, often scheduled at regular intervals, provide an opportunity for healthcare professionals to monitor a child's growth and development, address any concerns, and ensure that they are on track for a healthy future. Schedule regular pediatrician visits for monitoring growth, development, proper eating habits and early detection of any health issues. Address concerns and ask questions during these appointments.

Physical Activity
